It was so fun and rewarding to see our bathroom renovation come to life! As anyone who has ever renovated a room knows, it takes a lot of work and planning, but it’s almost wooden bathroom napkins
always worth it. This piece truly embodies the Coastal Oak aesthetic! The combination of this bright wooden bathroom braid with our marble floors, zellige shower tiles and copper fittings is
everything I dreamed of! In this post I want to talk more about natural wood, how it is used in design, different types of natural wood sinks and important considerations to keep in mind when choosing a bathroom cabinet. Let’s get started!
Furniture in natural wood
Natural wood is exactly what the name suggests: wood that has grown naturally from a tree. While natural wood is solid wood, composite materials are a mixture of different wooden bathroom napkins
components, often made of wood fibers, plastic and a binder. What I think is so special about natural wood is the fact that each piece is unique and has its own patterns, swirls and
beautiful imperfections. I also love the versatility of natural wood furniture because it can be used with so many different design aesthetics. A timeless home might have a natural wood
sideboard surrounded by classic decor, while a floating natural wood bathroom cabinet would look great in a modern home. For every design style and in every room, natural wood furniture provides warmth and comfort.
Styles for toiletries
Bathroom furniture comes in two styles: freestanding or built-in. Freestanding sinks are ideal for small spaces, while built-in sinks are best for larger bathrooms. Both washbasin wooden bathroom napkins
models are available with or without a top. If you choose a sink without a plate, you can choose from different materials such as natural stone, glass, marble and more.
Colors and surface treatments for wash basins
Base is available in all possible colors and materials, including glass, metal and wood. Whether you’re looking for a black sink, a modern floating sink, a rustic wooden sink, or another type of sink,
we have so many options to choose from. Today, mirrored cabinets are particularly popular for wooden bathroom napkins and offer a chic, luxurious aesthetic.

Our newly renovated bathroom has white Zellige shower tiles, white marble floors and copper details. We knew a light wood bathroom sink would be the perfect piece to bring the room together and add some warmth.
Washbasins in natural wood
There are several options when choosing a natural wood vanity. You can buy a new dressing table, order a custom-made dressing table, convert a piece of furniture into a light
wooden dressing table or even make your own dressing table. The easiest way is to buy a new dressing table, and there are many beautiful ones to choose from. I love the
combination of light wood and stickwork on this bathroom cabinet! Double wooden sinks look beautiful in larger bathrooms and there are many beautiful examples on the market for
you to choose from. If you can’t find exactly what your heart desires, you can work with a company to create a custom light wood bathroom cabinet. We chose this route to get exactly what we had in mind. Our custom made wooden double sink is available.
Buy versus varnish
If you’re tackling a new project and potentially want to save money, consider repurposing a light wood table or even making your own! One of my favorite pieces of furniture is painting
natural wood furniture. I love the look of natural wood after bleaching or whitewashing furniture. You can transform an old dresser or chest into a light wood bathroom vanity by
varnishing the furniture and adding stone and a sink to it. Be careful with veneers as they may have chipboard instead of solid wood and can also be difficult to remove. Finally, you
can make and build a light wooden pain yourself. Creating your own dressing table saves money and may not be as difficult as it sounds! There are many natural wood vanity DIY tutorials available as resources.
Light wood bathroom vanity – important considerations
Whether you decide to buy a light wood bathroom sink or want to make one yourself, here are some important considerations to keep in mind.
- How many sinks do you need for the space?
- What is the ideal height of your bathroom furniture? You don’t want to buy a model that is too short or too long for your comfort.
- Does the light wooden sink come with stone or does the stone have to be ordered and cut? Adding stones increases the total cost. So if a vanity seems expensive but
already has stone in it, it may end up being cheaper or around the same price.
- Does the vanity have enough storage space? Consider the number of work drawers and the depth of the drawers.
- Does the sink provide enough space in the cabinet? Many cabinets don’t offer a lot of storage space, but we actually like our makeup cabinet because it has shelves. It is
also important to remember that the pipes are located under a cabinet and take up space.

it yourself? I’d love to hear what your plans are and help answer your questions!
